Overview
This policy is designed to protect the best interests of MBLicenses.com
and it's customers as a whole. We reserve the right to suspend or
cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by us at
any time, for any reason. All services are intended for the end user
only and may not be subleased, sold or given to third parties for any
reason unless you receive written consent prior to reselling our
services.
Responsibilities
MBLicenses.com is not responsible for any data loss and/or hardware
failure that occur from installation and configuration of your
ModernBill Software. By purchasing a license, you receive access
to support and unlimited downloads provided directly from ModernGigabyte.
Although we attempt to answer most questions sent
to our support system, some issues may be out of reach
for our support team. In such rare cases, we will refer you to ModernSupport
directly. We accept no liability for any of the following:
Any indirect damages, any loss of profits, Any loss of data resulting
from delays, nondeliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions.
Services provided by MBLicenses come without warranty of any kind.
Therefore, MBLicenses accepts no liability
Payments
and Fees
MBLicenses is authorized to charge the
clients credit card on the anniversary of the clients
original signup date each month according to the
current account pricing. MBLicenses has a right to
charge late fees at a rate of 20% + $1 of the invoiced
amount every 2 days. There is a $1 declined charge
administrative fee for all charges declined due to the
clients error. We reserve the right to assess this
charge to any account which continuously has a credit
card which is declined.
We require all account cancellation requests to be
received within 30 days of your renew date. Failure
to comply with this notice will result in late fees
(not to exceed $50). After a 60 day period, your
invoice will be sent to collections. To cancel your

Refunds
MBLicenses.com does not offer
refunds on any of our services or products. ModernBill offers free trial licenses
for 30 days. This should give you adequate time to decide if ModernBill
is right for you. Installation and Configuration services take time
to complete, and can not be undone. Therefore, we can not offer refunds
on any service that has begun. All chargeback's filed without a
strong base will be declined.
